Burnout in Kiln
Molten Metal
After obtaining the images or sketches, we create a 3D file. If approved by the client, we proceed with 3D printing, and then we make the mold.
In this process, the wax tree assembly from the mold that we already have then casting tube is prepared to hold the investment powder, then the powder poured into the casting tube to form a solid mold until it hardens.
The process of molten metal begins with heating the metal until it reaches its melting point. Once melted, the liquid metal is carefully poured into a mold or onto a tube, allowing it to take shape as it cools and solidifies. This method ensures that the final product has the desired properties and finish.

Burnout is the process of heating the investment mold inside a kiln to remove the wax or 3D-printed resin pattern before metal casting. The investment mold is gradually heated in a controlled kiln to eliminate the wax or resin pattern.

Finishing
After casting and component preparation, individual jewelry parts are carefully assembled and joined. Connections, stone settings, clasps, and moving components are checked for proper alignment, secure attachment, and structural integrity.
3. Plating & Surface Treatment

2. Buffing & Surface Refinement
The assembled pieces are carefully refined to remove excess solder, casting marks, scratches, and surface irregularities. Appropriate abrasives and polishing tools are selected according to the metal, design, and required finish while preserving the original details and contours.

4. Quality Control & Final Inspection
Every piece undergoes careful inspection for finishing, plating consistency, dimensional accuracy, assembly, and overall quality before final approval and shipment. Our quality control process helps ensure consistent results across bulk production orders.

Our plating process enhances the appearance and surface finish of jewelry through carefully controlled metal deposition. Depending on the design specifications, available finishes include gold plating, silver plating, and other specified surface treatments.
